It is our goal to provide you with the best patient care possible. In doing so, we would like to bring your attention to our FREE and USER-FRIENDLY online service, Vello. This technology offers you 24/7 online access to your pet’s medical information. This service allows you to:
- View and download your pet’s information, past appointments, dates, medical records, prescriptions, dosages and administration instructions.
- Request an appointment online for the specific time or day available on our daily schedule.
- Reminders are sent 60 days and 30 days before a service is past due, as well as 30 days after a service is past due. Reminders are sent by SMS and email.
