This place is amazing as well as all the staff! My cat is super anxious and they went out of their way to help my cat feel safe. One of the staff members, Taylor, is exceptional! She calmed my cat down and did a great job with everything else. My cat left there liking the vet lol
We are new to the area and needed to find a vet for our dog's annual exam and vaccines. They booked us about 2 weeks out, which is totally normal and what I expected. When speaking to the staff, I mentioned he had developed a little rash on his leg and they asked for me to send a picture. After viewing the picture they called me back and were able to squeeze us in earlier than the original appointment date! I was pleasantly surprised and value that in a vet clinic. After one visit, I am very pleased and look forward to future visits!
We see Dr. Schwaner and I genuinely feel she cares for my dogs like I do. Our dog was recently neutered here and she personally called me to tell me the surgery went well. I appreciate that! I also love the Bark Bucks they give for a bit of a discount!!!
People, do NOT take your pet to this place, especially not their boarding kennel. We were going away for a weekend and left our bichon mix here. Not our usual vet but our vet doesn’t medically board and we wanted her medically boarded due to a left leg injury that had her limping, but improving. Bestic required an exam to see if she was ok to stay there, and all was good. She walked in under her own power, and 48 hours later when picked up she couldn’t walk at all, nor bear any weight on either back leg. My wife called to arrange an appointment to find out what might have happened while our dog was in their care. The owner, Bestic, was loud, defensive, condescending & threatening to my wife the minute she asked the question of why did our dog walked in the place but had to be carried out. His demeanor terrified my wife, so she left. 2 days later we got a letter telling us essentially we were fired from their practice, and should never come back there for care or boarding of our pet. Makes one wonder why he got so defensive so soon, as if he was hiding something.There are many options in this area. I would implore you not to patronize this horrible veterinary center. By the way, we have a surgery consult for our poor dog this Monday - surgery is highly likely. Take your pet elsewhere…
I bring all my animals here . Have been for years . I’ve gone to plenty of other places and they by far have the best prices for the quality of work ! I have three dogs and two cats , all wellness done , neuters , spades , and I’ve had a cats leg amputated . All have recovered wonderfully and the vets there are fantastic also the aids that help out . There is one receptionist that’s been there for a while and is pretty snotty every time and you hear her talk under her breath but hey I only see her a second and the rest of the crew makes up for that lack of customer service ! Overall def 5 stars !
They are a good vet if your dog is healthy and needing routine, basic healthcare. However, if your dog has something wrong with them and/or is dying, go somewhere else. They underdiagnosed, didn't listen to my complaints, didn't do their due diligence to investigate, and today at 2 pm, I am putting my three (3) year old beautiful boy down. Yes, I am extremely angry with VCH so interpret this post accordingly. BTW, they didn't even call me to check in on my dog, even after they received the report of his imminent death.
Fantastic Vet. I've had dogs all my life and they are by far the best vet and staff I have encountered. They have been great with our new puppy. Dr. B is the best. Midnight 2.

I took my pup there for a second opinion on his health. He is a very sensitive boy who stresses out very easily. Hes my wild child, and doesnt really like to be restrained. They really know how to work with my special boy, and he comes out of there stress free and happy. They do great with him.
They took great care of my dog Baxter! They answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed! I highly recommend them!
Seems to really know and understand the health of cats ! Going to keep going there was happy with results !
A neighbor recommended VCH, I made an appointment and was not disappointed. Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I really couldn't ask for more.
